Installment Payment Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

To qualify for installment payments, the following conditions must be met:

• Your departure date must be at least 60 days from the date of booking.

• You must have a valid debit or credit card registered in your name.

• You must have a valid DNI or TIE (Residence Card) throughout the financing application process. Applications cannot be approved if your TIE is expired or currently under renewal.

• All financing applications are subject to Scalapay's approval, based on their internal eligibility criteria and assessment. Kara Tours has no influence over the approval decision.

Financing Limits

• Financing is available for bookings of up to €2,800.

• Installment payments are available only for selected airlines, routes, and travel products. Please contact us to confirm whether your chosen itinerary qualifies.

• Available repayment plans are 3 or 4 monthly installments, subject to Scalapay's approval.

Fees

• A service fee and a 4.5% financing fee (charged by Scalapay) will be added to the total booking amount.

• All financing-related fees are non-refundable once the financing application has been approved and the process has been initiated.

General Conditions

• Standard airline fare rules, cancellation policies, and change fees continue to apply.

• Financing approval does not modify the airline's fare conditions or ticket restrictions.

• By choosing this payment method, you agree to both aitline's booking terms and conditions and Scalapay's financing terms and conditions.
