Installment Payment Terms & Conditions - In partnership with Scalapay

Eligibility

• Installment payments are available only for trips with a travel date at least 60 days after booking date.

• The client must have a valid debit card registered in their name.

• All financing requests are subject to approval according to Scalapay’s internal assessment and policies.

Financing Limits

• Financing is available for bookings up to a maximum amount of 2,800€.

• Installment option is available only for selected airlines and products.

Payment & Ticket Issuance

• Once the financing is approved, payment will be transferred to Kara Tours by Scalapay within approximately 5 working days.

• Flight tickets and travel documents will be issued only after full payment has been received from Scalapay.

Fees

• A service fee plus a 4.5% financing fee will be applied on top of the total ticket price, as charged by Scalapay.

• All fees are non-refundable once the financing process has been approved and initiated.

• Standard airline fare rules, cancellation policies, and modification fees apply.
