Installment Payment Terms & Conditions - In partnership with Scalapay

Eligibility

• Installment payments are available only if your departure date is 60 days or more after booking date.

• The client must have a valid debit card registered in their name.

• The client must have a valid DNI or residence card (TIE) at the time of booking and throughout the financing approval process.

• All financing requests are subject to approval according to Scalapay’s internal assessment and policies.

Financing Limits

• Financing is available for bookings up to a maximum amount of 2,800€.

• Installment option is available only for selected airlines and products. (Please consult with us if the chosen itinerary is valid for financing)

Payment & Ticket Issuance

• Once the financing is approved, payment will be transferred to Kara Tours by Scalapay within approximately 5 working days.

• Flight tickets and travel documents will be issued only after full payment has been received from Scalapay.

Fees

• A service fee plus a 4.5% financing fee will be applied on top of the total ticket price, as charged by Scalapay.

• All fees are non-refundable once the financing process has been approved and initiated.
