JENNIFER NANAYAKKARA
CEO AND FOUNDER
Meet Jennifer Nanayakkara, a dynamic individual with a bachelor's degree in hotel and tourism management from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines.
Born in Spain, she embarked on a transformative journey at the age of thirteen, relocating to the Philippines to immerse herself in studies and embrace the rich Filipino culture.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Filipino, Jennifer's multicultural background fuels her passion for traveling, which ultimately led to the inception of Kara Tours.

With an extensive professional background encompassing years in both the tourism and real estate sectors, Jennifer has honed exceptional interpersonal and management skills.
As the driving force behind Kara Tours, she assumes the role of overseeing general business management, marketing, and sales, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for clients.
ALLAN PUNCION
COO AND CO-FOUNDER
A graduate in maritime transport from John B. Lacson University, Iloilo, Philippines, Allan's career on ships has taken him to numerous countries, cultivating a deep-rooted passion for travel.
Proficient in English, Spanish, Filipino and Ilonggo.

Jessica is a graduate in travel agency management from AEMATUR in Marbella, Spain.

As the sister of Jennifer, she made the move to the Philippines alongside her. Jessica serves as an integral member of our team, wielding her expertise to navigate administrative responsibilities and spearhead our marketing endeavors. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, she effectively manages various administrative tasks while simultaneously driving our marketing initiatives forward. Her proactive approach and dedication ensure smooth operations and impactful promotional strategies, making her a valuable asset to our team.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Filipino, her linguistic versatility contributes to effective communication within our team and with our clients.

DESIREE PUNCION
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Optimistic and flexible. She graduated in Filamer Christian College, with Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and took up units for Bachelor's Degree in Teaching at Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion (Capiz, Philippines).
An academic awardee during her school days as well as a board passer of both courses. Her journey includes diverse roles such as nurse trainee at Capiz Doctors Hospital, Nars Dole at various institutions, listener care at APAC Customer Inc., and encoder for a Humanitarian Organization.
Furthermore, Des has enriched her skill set as an English teacher for Korean and Vietnamese students. Proficient in English, Filipino, and a bit of Spanish, Des's passion and dedication shines through in every endeavor, making her a valuable addition to the Kara Tours team.

Des is in charge of monitoring client departures and ensures all necessary travel documents are prepared ahead of their flights, aligning with our company's foremost customer satisfaction objective.
