RESIDENCE CARD

An autorización de regreso (return authorization) is an official Spanish travel permit that allows foreign residents to temporarily leave and re-enter Spain while their residence card (TIE) renewal, extension, or replacement is pending.

Validity: Up to 90 days.

Travel Note: Valid only for direct entry into Spain; avoid layovers in other Schengen countries.

Travel Tax: Required for temporary residents (comunitario temporal) or Schengen visa holders upon departure from the Philippines (₱1,620).

BALIKBAYAN PRIVILEGE
ELIGIBILITY

The Philippines Balikbayan Program grants a one-year visa-free stay to overseas Filipinos and former Filipinos who are now citizens of certain countries, and their foreign spouse and children traveling with them.
REQUIREMENTS

Former Filipino: Old/expired Philippine passport or Philippine birth certificate.

Foreign spouse: Marriage certificate with english translation or Report of Marriage filed at the Embassy.

Foreign minor unmarried children: Birth certificate with english translation or Report of Birth filed at the Embassy.

WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT? (Departure and return)
We will prepare all your pre-departure documents such as etravel registration and online check in, and once everything is
ready, you will receive the following by email:

Updated eticket ▷ Airlines sometimes make minor schedule changes; you'll receive the latest ticket.

eTravel QR code ▷ We will do the registration for you and send the QR code. No need to print. You can save it in your phone so you can access even without internet connection.

Online check-in ▷ Opens 24 hours before departure time. Seat selection: Optional (Fees from 60€ depending on airline).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will I receive my travel documents?

There is no need to remind us or request them. 😊 We will automatically send all your travel documents as soon as they are ready.
Why can't I check in online?

If your itinerary includes two different airlines, online check-in may not be available. In this case, simply proceed to the airport and check in at the airline counter.
What if online check-in isn't available?

If online check-in cannot be completed due to airline restrictions or other factors beyond our control, you can obtain your boarding pass directly at the airport check-in counter.
Why can't I use a digital boarding pass when departing from the Philippines?

International departures from Manila, Cebu, Clark, and Davao airports do not support digital boarding passes due to additional immigration and document verification procedures. Your boarding pass will be printed and issued at the airline's check-in counter before your flight.
