-
This program is designed for travel with the Japan Rail Pass.
-
The Japan Rail Pass (or JR Pass) is the most recommended, easy, and practical way to travel around Japan. With this pass, you have unlimited access to almost all Japan Rail trains, as well as JR buses and JR ferries, including the famous bullet trains (also known as shinkansen), with the convenience of reserving seats in advance.
-
Choose your pass type for 7 or 14 consecutive days and select either Standard or First Class.
The Japan Rail Pass is valid for the number of days purchased. -
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an "Exchange Order" or voucher. Upon arrival in Japan, you can activate the JR Pass at one of the many exchange offices. These offices are located at all major Japan Rail stations, as well as in many international airport terminals, including Tokyo Narita, Tokyo Haneda, and Osaka Kansai.
-
Important: You must bring your original "Exchange Order" with you to Japan, as it is only available in its physical paper format (it cannot be digital or photocopied). If you forget it or lose it, a duplicate cannot be issued, and you will not be able to redeem your Japan Rail Pass.
-
When there are fewer than 10 passengers on the tour, public transportation may be used for visits instead of private vehicles.
-
In the event that the HIDA train (Gero - Nagoya) does not operate due to heavy rain or another reason, a bus will be used as an alternative.
