Refund Processing Conditions
Refunds will be issued only after the airline has returned the corresponding funds to Kara Travel and Tours SL (trading as Kara Tours), CIF B56266190, holder of Tourist Licence No. CIAN-297497-2.
Under normal circumstances, airline refunds are processed within 4–6 weeks. This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary depending on the airline's internal refund policies and procedures.
In extraordinary circumstances, such as global events, large-scale flight disruptions, or mass cancellations (for example, the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 or the airspace disruptions related to the Iran conflict in 2026), refund processing times may be significantly longer than the standard estimate.
Kara Tours acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the airline. Once the refund request has been submitted and the refund process has been initiated, the processing time is determined exclusively by the airline. Kara Tours has no control over the airline's internal procedures or any delays that may occur before the funds are returned.
NOTE: If your booking reference has other passengers, the booking will be cancelled for all passengers automatically unless you specify not to.
We have received the refund form correctly. We will proceed with the cancellation of the ticket and request for refund. We will transfer the refund as soon as we receive it from the airline. Thank you.
